Hindu Bengal salutes Gopal Mukherjee

Gopal Mukherjee Day creates glaring history  

How the ancient Hindu warriors were inculcated the unfeigned Khstriya spirit remains incomprehensible in these hard times (when Hindus are being browbeaten everywhere) but definitely they used to get a bouncing environment – the same as witnessed on August 16, 2012 at Gopal Mukherjee Day, convention  organized by Hindu Samhati to commemorate the valorous deeds of a person, instrumental in striking back the violent Islamist mob and its mainstay or the then Muslim League Government with its design to exterminate Hindus ethically from Calcutta on Direct Action Day, August 16, 1946.

The event, to be precise, turned out to be historic (in every sense of the term) and manifested the same truth once more – whatever the complications are Hindus in Bengal never hesitate to venerate its leader. However, it’s also irrefutable that the same people failed to recognize this leader in his lifetime.  

But Hindus, this time, under the auspices of Hindu Samhati, were driven to not to repeat the earlier follies and this came forth through the overcrowded Bharat Sabha Hall found to perceive each development with rapt attention.

An assortment of dignitaries including Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, Amitava Ghosh, Swami Agamanandaji, Dr. Radheshyam Brahmachari graced the historic occasion. Several other leaders of Hindu Samhati along with members of Gopal Mukherjee’s family and his contemporaries embellished the podium.

Each and every speaker spoke eloquently of the exemplary and valiant role played by Gopal Mukherjee, scion of a family of revolutionaries in Bengal and an adherent to “Shakti” concept also, to repulse each venomous design of Islamists in those tumultuous days. Mr. Amitava Ghosh also recalled his own experiences at that time and explicated how the Islamic menace had made recurrent attempts to root Hindus out, beaten back by Hindus and Sikhs terribly. And it was for Gopal Mukherjee (fondly called as Gopal Pantha) the tide of Islamic onslaught was reversed – that resulted into one of the greatest defeats of Islamists in recorded history.  

But there is a growing need to create tens of thousands of Gopal Mukherjee to save Hindus whose existence is at stake now. The convention ended with avowing to make this a reality.

Hindu girl Abducted by Muslims in Joynagar

District : S 24 Parganas Police Station: Joynagar Village : South Bele Durganagar Date : 6th March 2009 Sushmita Nashkar, daughter of Chandrachur Nashkar is a 13 year old minor. She was kidnapped on March 6th by 2 Muslims, named Rinku Molla (son of Monchur Molla), and Khokhon Molla (son of Imam Molla), both of Padua village in Badra area of Joynagar Police Station.
